Fluxee is a Chrome browser extension developed and distributed by Pallox ("we", "us", "our"), an independent software developer based in Germany. Fluxee is designed to assist Fansly content creators in managing live streams.
Fluxee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Fansly or its parent company.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fluxee on your own devices for your own streaming activities. You may not:
The Lite tier may be used without restriction for personal streaming use.
All updates and improvements to features within your purchased tier are included at no additional cost for the lifetime of that tier. For example, Pro users receive all future Pro feature updates permanently.
Entirely new product tiers or major version releases may be offered as separate purchases, but this is not our standard practice. We are committed to providing long-term value for existing customers.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases. If you are not satisfied with Fluxee for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at support@fluxee.app or submit a request through the Whop Resolution Center via your Whop account dashboard. If we do not resolve your request within 7 days, you may escalate it directly to Whop for review. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and access to paid features will revert to Lite tier.
Refund requests after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
You agree to use Fluxee only for its intended purpose — assisting with Fansly live stream management. You agree not to use Fluxee to:

Fluxee is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Fansly may change their platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee it. In the event of a breaking Fansly update, we aim to release a fix as quickly as possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pallox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Fluxee, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Fluxee license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Fluxee status notification system (visible in the extension sidepanel). Continued use of Fluxee after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
